Standard Issue began in 1981. it was founded on a desire to create timeless knitwear that is defined by nature and cherished for a lifetime. That same passion endures today.

Every garment is crafted with careful consideration for the environment. Through innovative production technologies and strategic partnerships, textile waste is eliminated. Only 100% renewable or recycled natural fibres are used. Standard Issue  produce their garments in limited runs to avoid over-production. The Care for Life programme is a commitment to collaborate with customers in renewing, reusing, or repurposing each knit—ensuring it enjoys a complete and circular life.

Fabrication: 100% Merino. This high twist yarn used in Standard Issue's merino tulle is sourced from an exquisite Japanese mill established in 1932. Their partnership is long standing through a shared passion for innovative practices. 

Care: Cool hand wash with gentle detergent. Gently squeeze excess water and dry flat in the shade. Do not wring, bleach, tumble dry or iron.
