RETURNS, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

In accordance with the ACCC guidelines The Woolshed Australia is NOT required by law to provide a refund or replacement for change of mind or if the incorrect size has been purchased. Outside of items with a major problem or fault (as detailed below), The Woolshed Australia does not have to offer a refund, return or exchange on any item.

Our website has detailed product descriptions, images and sizing information clearly noted for your convenience. Our staff are more than happy to provide you with additional information if needed. Please call the store +61 431 444 468 between 10am and 4pm daily to discuss your purchases with a team member. We do not wish to offend you, if you have made an error when shopping with us.

Refunds are only offered if an item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced.

There is no return or exchange available on sale items unless deemed faulty. All sale purchases are final.

REFUNDS

The Woolshed Australia will offer a refund or exchange only when an item is deemed faulty. This is when the item: has a problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it; is unsafe; is significantly different from the sample or description; and, doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

RETURNS / CHANGE OF MIND

For items purchased as a gift, we will offer a 7-day exchange period. The original receipt must be presented. 

At The Woolshed Australia, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please be aware that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items once a purchase has been made.

To assist you in making informed decisions, we provide detailed descriptions and images of our products on our website/store. We encourage you to review this information carefully before finalising your purchase.

If you receive a defective, faulty or incorrect item, please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to address any issues, which may include offering a replacement or credit for future purchases at our discretion.

When returning a product please include your name and order number.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning items (unless the item is faulty or sent in error) and will also be charged for postage for any exchange items (unless the item is faulty). If you are returning an item for a direct exchange please include a prepaid express post addressed satchel, so that our team can return your new item. All return/ exchange decisions are at the discretion of our team, and may be rejected upon inspection.  

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

All purchases of sale items online are final. We don't offer returns, exchanges, gift cards or refunds on sale items.

There are no change of mind returns or exchanges for sale items purchased online. Please carefully read the online product descriptions and if unsure, contact our team on +61 431 444 468 or email info@thewoolshedaustralia.com.au.

FAULTY ITEMS (if applicable)

We will happily repair, exchange or refund faulty items within 7 days of receipt of goods in accordance with the ACCC guidelines.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Please contact us by phone or email to discuss the fault that has occurred.
The Woolshed Australia reserves the right to inspect returned garments and deny return or exchange if we do not see them to be damaged. The Woolshed Australia also reserves the right to repair garments where this repair will return the item to its original condition.

REFUNDS FOR FAULTY ITEMS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or telephone to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved for a refund, as per the ACCC and Consumer Affairs Victoria criteria, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
